Enterprises <> Sawmill: <>Production is Eastern White Pine, Hemlock & Red Pine, using a double cut band mill. Production Statistics: Total Volume Annually: 10-12 MMBF Drying: All of our stock is kiln dried. Our kiln drying capacity is 254MBF. We have two kinds of kilns, Conventional Steam & NonConventional Hot Water. We are also certified to produce Heat Treated Lumber products. Planing: We use a Yates A62 planer with complete pattern capabilities, in addition to our S4S boards. The planer is a direct drive with a Hydraulic feed to reduce vibrations and produce a better quality product. Grading: We are members of the Northeastern Lumber Manufacturers Association (NeLMA). All of our grading is per NeLMA specifications that are done by our NeLMA certified graders. Packaging: Our orders can be sorted Random Length, Specified Length or semi-sorted. The packages are fully wrapped with barcode tallies on each package. This makes it easier to glance at the unit to see what it holds, rather than opening it. |
