July 4th Events:	"Celebration at the Fairgrounds"
	Fiddling Friends, Bill Smith, Lowville Village Band, Atkinson Family Bluegrass Band.
	Essay contest awards elementary, middle school and high school
	Bicentennial Publication

August 19th:	Streeters Dance at the Elks, sponsored by Office for the Aging
