At the top of the Black River Valley in the foothills of the Adirondacks is where our natural beef is grown. We use no growth stimulants or antibiotics on our cattle. We raise them on open pastures with plenty of grass, sunshine and fresh water. These are not your typical cattle but hand culled and selected for premium quality beef.
